Evenly distribute the crystals along the length of the cooler, place back in water until it has almost reached the desired puffiness, then set aside. Each Cool Collar is cut, sewn, turned, pressed, sewn, filled then two more seams are added to complete the collar. There are no surged seams with fabric edges showing. The filler is compartmentalized to the area that goes around the neck so that the ties are free of filler, making the Cool Collar lighter. We make them all ourselves! Right here in the US-so we know they are done right!

Dear Loyal Customers; We wanted to explain why we didn’t go out of business last fall as we had planned. In September, we only had about 750 Cool Collars left. We had planned to sell them and close down the web site. But then a large company called us and arranged for orders for 50 offices! Long story short- They cancelled their order! We had 14,600 Cool Collars in various stages of completion when they canceled! So, until we sell these 15,000 Cool Collars, expect us to be around. We hate it when people have a going out of business sale and then don’t go out of business! So please accept our apology. It’s funny, last fall we couldn’t afford to stay open-now we can’t afford to close! Happy shopping!
